Ocean Observing System CODAR data

COastal raDAR (CODAR) data are easily loaded and visualized in Eonfusion. The data in the above images are loaded in raw form from text files and displayed using Eonfusion's directional "glyph" visualizer. Eonfusion's seamless support for time-varying data allows the displayed surface current vectors to be animated in time simply by moving Eonfusion's time control. In these examples the glyph arrows are coloured and sized by the magnitude of the surface current.

Eonfusion's data migration capabilities mean that attributes from other coincident data sets such as bathymetry, sea surface temperature, chlorophyl and wind velocity could easily be transferred onto the CODAR data points. The newly attributed data can then be visualised or exported for further analysis.
